Meet Our Team
Meet the people behind The Work Shop. Our instructors bring experience, intention, and a love of movement to every class—creating a welcoming space where you can build strength, move well, and feel confident in your body.
Sasha O’Grady, DPT
Founder + Instructor
Sasha O’Grady is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pilates-certified instructor with a passion for helping people build strength, move well, and feel confident in their bodies.
Her approach to movement blends her background in physical therapy with the principles of Pilates and functional strength training. Sasha’s classes focus on core stability, posture, mobility, and total-body strength, with thoughtful instruction and modifications that make movement both challenging and accessible.
After experiencing the benefits of Pilates in her own life, Sasha was inspired to create The Work Shop—a welcoming neighborhood studio where people can move with intention, get stronger, and build a sustainable movement practice.
Outside the studio, Sasha can usually be found with her family, gardening, biking, skiing, or enjoying the outdoors around Richmond.
