Bring a mat and water, and wear comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in. For heated classes, we recommend bringing a towel and plenty of water. Our classes are taught barefoot or in grip socks, so please leave your shoes on our designated racks outside the studio.

Our heated classes are set to 80-85 degrees and are designed to feel warm and energizing without taking the focus away from the workout. The heat adds another element to the class, so expect to sweat!
Listen to your body, take breaks when you need them, and stay hydrated before, during, and after class.

If it’s your first class, plan to arrive about 10–15 minutes early. This gives you time to find your spot, get settled, and let your instructor know about any injuries, limitations, or questions you may have.
Once you know the routine, arriving about 5–10 minutes before class is perfect.
